Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to French-speaking clients and guests across various hospitality environments.
- Manage inquiries, reservations, and service requests through phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
- Assist clients in understanding the range of hospitality services and amenities available to them.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints or issues to ensure a positive guest experience.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Stay current on hospitality industry trends to provide well-informed advice and suggestions to clients.
- Document client interactions and feedback for continuous improvement and quality assurance.
Requirements
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the hospitality sector.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills focused on providing outstanding customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of hospitality services and the ability to convey this effectively to clients.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and familiar with Microsoft Office tools.
