French Speaking Customer Support for Transportation Services Department

In this essential role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our French-speaking clients, providing them with exceptional support regarding their transportation needs. Your fluency in French will enable you to communicate effectively and ensure that clients receive the assistance they require.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in French via email, phone, and chat
• Assist clients with questions pertaining to transportation services and logistics
• Document customer interactions and solutions in our support system
• Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve client issues
• Provide detailed information on service options, routes, and schedules
• Gather and relay client feedback to enhance our service offerings
• Engage in regular training to stay updated on product features and best practices

Requirements

• Fluency in French and English, both written and verbal
• Previous experience in customer support, particularly in transportation or logistics, is preferred
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
