In this key entry level role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our French-speaking customers, providing them with exceptional support and guidance as they navigate our subscription services. Your expertise in the French language will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience.

Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in French via phone, email, and chat
- Assist clients with subscription-related questions, billing inquiries, and account management
- Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve more complex customer issues
- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance customer experience
- Collect and relay customer feedback to contribute to service improvements
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and service changes
Requirements
- Fluency in French and English, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in customer support, preferably in a subscription-based or service industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing high-quality service
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries effectively in a fast-paced environment
