Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support to French-speaking clients regarding their travel inquiries and bookings via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with questions related to itineraries, travel changes, and additional services offered by the agency.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to ensure a positive travel experience.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of inquiries and resolutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams and travel partners to meet customer needs efficiently.
- Stay informed about travel trends, regulations, and agency offerings to provide accurate and useful information to clients.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to help improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, customer-focused demeanor.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Proficient in utilizing customer service software and standard office applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations calmly.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and evenings as needed.
