Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in French through email, phone, and chat
- Assist users with questions related to the online marketplace features, transactions, and policies
- Accurately document all customer interactions in our support system

- Provide detailed explanations of marketplace processes and best practices
- Gather and report customer feedback to improve service delivery

Requirements
- Fluency in French and English, both written and verbal
