Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries in French via email, phone, and chat
  • Assist content creators with questions regarding platform features and services
  • Document client interactions and solutions accurately in our support system
  • Collaborate with the product team to address and resolve client concerns
  • Guide clients on effective usage of our platform for optimal content creation
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on the latest platform changes

Requirements

  • Fluency in French and English, both written and verbal
  • Previous experience in customer support, particularly in the online or creative industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • A proactive approach to customer satisfaction
