In this vital Junior role, you will provide exceptional support to our French-speaking users, helping them navigate and enjoy our music streaming services. Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in French via email, phone, and chat
- Assist users with technical issues, account management, and service features
- Document customer interactions and resolutions in our customer relationship management system
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex user issues
- Provide detailed information and support regarding music catalog and platform functionalities
- Gather user feedback to help improve our services and offerings
- Participate in training to stay updated on product changes and innovations
Requirements
- Fluency in French and English, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the music or streaming industries
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- A proactive approach to customer service and satisfaction
