Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in French via phone, email, and chat
- Assist clients with questions regarding mobile banking features, transactions, and account management
- Accurately document customer interactions and solutions in our CRM system
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve client issues efficiently
- Provide guidance on best practices for secure mobile banking
- Gather client feedback to help improve service delivery
- Engage in ongoing training to stay updated on mobile banking services and tools
Requirements
- Fluency in French and English, both written and verbal
- Prior experience in customer support, preferably in the banking or financial services sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
