In this crucial entry level role, you will be the primary point of contact for our French-speaking customers, providing them with expert assistance and support for their home security needs. Your fluency in French will be essential in delivering exceptional service and ensuring our clients feel safe and informed.

Responsibilities
- Provide customer support in French via phone, email, and chat
- Assist clients with inquiries about alarm systems, installation, and troubleshooting
- Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction
- Educate customers on best practices for using home security systems
- Gather feedback and insights from customers to improve services
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills
Requirements
- Fluency in French and English, both written and verbal
- Prior experience in customer support, preferably in security systems or technology
