In this exciting Junior position, you will be the essential link between our French-speaking clients and our gaming and sports services. Your key responsibility will be to provide top-tier support to ensure that our customers have an outstanding experience.

Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in French via phone, email, and chat
- Assist clients with questions related to gaming and sports services
- Document customer interactions accurately in our support database
- Collaborate with internal teams to solve client issues and improve service delivery
- Provide detailed information about gaming and sports events, promotions, and services
- Gather feedback from clients to aid in service enhancement efforts
- Engage in ongoing training to keep up with industry trends and service updates
Requirements
- Fluency in French and English, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in customer support, particularly in gaming, sports, or entertainment sectors
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
