In this important entry level role, you will be the first point of contact for our French-speaking customers, providing them with essential support regarding their electronic devices and warranty inquiries. Your expertise and assistance will help resolve issues effectively and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in French via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with repair requests and warranty claims for electronic devices
- Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in our support system
- Collaborate with repair technicians and internal teams to resolve client issues
- Provide clear information regarding repair processes, warranty coverage, and timelines
- Gather feedback from customers to enhance service delivery and support
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product knowledge and processes
Requirements
- Fluency in French and English, both written and verbal
- Prior experience in customer support, preferably in consumer electronics or related fields
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
