Mercier Consultancy is seeking a French Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Transportation Department, specializing in rail and shipping services. In this key role, you will provide exceptional support to our French-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries related to transportation services, bookings, and logistics.
Your fluency in French will enable you to effectively communicate with customers, helping them navigate our transportation solutions and address any issues they may encounter. You will be instrumental in ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our clients in the transportation industry.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality customer service in French via phone, email, and chat for transportation-related inquiries
- Assist customers with bookings, schedules, cancellations, and service changes
- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests in our CRM system
- Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to ensure effective communication and resolution of inquiries
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve service delivery
- Stay informed about industry trends and updates to our transportation services
Requirements
- Proficiency in both French and English, with excellent communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the transportation or logistics sectors, is preferred
- Able to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Passion for transportation and providing high-quality customer service
- Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous
