Mercier Consultancy is seeking a dedicated French Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Telecommunications Department. In this vital role, you will provide exceptional support to our French-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries regarding our telecommunications services and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Your fluency in French will enable you to effectively communicate with clients, helping them with questions about billing, service plans, technical support, and troubleshooting. You will be an integral part of our commitment to creating positive communication experiences and enhancing customer loyalty within the telecommunications sector.
Responsibilities
- Provide top-tier customer service in French via phone, email, and chat regarding telecommunications inquiries
- Assist customers with technical support, account management, and service information
- Resolve customer issues promptly and accurately while maintaining a positive customer experience
- Document customer interactions comprehensively in our CRM system
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure efficient resolution of complex inquiries
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve our telecommunications services
- Stay informed about current promotions, products, and technologies within the telecommunications industry
Requirements
- Fluency in French and English, with excellent communication abilities
- Strong customer service skills and a proactive problem-solving mindset
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in telecommunications, is a plus
