Mercier Consultancy is looking for a motivated French Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Online Travel Department. In this vital role, you will provide exceptional support to our French-speaking customers, helping them with inquiries related to their travel experiences and bookings.
Your fluency in French will be essential as you guide clients through our online travel platforms, assist with reservations, and resolve any issues they may encounter during their travel planning. As part of our dedicated team, you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and creating memorable travel experiences.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer service in French through phone, email, and chat regarding online travel bookings
- Assist customers with inquiries about flights, accommodations, travel packages, and itinerary changes
- Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions related to bookings and travel plans
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve complex inquiries and ensure timely responses
- Gather customer feedback to continuously improve our services
- Stay updated on travel trends, promotions, and offerings to provide informed recommendations
Requirements
- Fluency in both French and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving capabilities
- Prior experience in customer service, especially in the travel industry, is preferred
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Genuine passion for travel and helping customers create excellent travel experiences
- Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous
