Mercier Consultancy is looking for a dynamic French Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Client's Online Retail Department. In this pivotal Junior position role, you will deliver exceptional service to our French-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to our extensive range of retail products and services.
Your fluency in French will enable you to effectively communicate with customers, helping them navigate our online shopping platform, providing product information, and resolving any issues they may encounter during their shopping experience. As part of the team, you will contribute to creating a seamless and enjoyable shopping journey for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service in French through phone, email, and chat for our online retail sales
- Assist customers with product inquiries, order status, and returns
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system
- Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics and inventory, to ensure customer satisfaction
- Gather customer feedback to continuously improve our retail services
- Stay updated on product offerings and promotions to provide informed recommendations
Requirements
- Fluency in French and English, with strong communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills and a problem-solving mindset
- Prior experience in customer service, particularly in retail, is preferred
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Passion for retail and helping customers find the best products
- Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous
