Mercier Consultancy is seeking a passionate French Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Client's Fitness & Sports Equipment Department. In this exciting Junior role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our French-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to fitness products and services.
Your fluency in French will enable effective communication as you guide clients through product selections, address their questions, and resolve any issues they may encounter. Your dedication to customer satisfaction will play a key role in fostering a positive experience for fitness enthusiasts.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service in French via phone, email, and chat regarding fitness and sports equipment
- Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, and service-related questions
- Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions to enhance customer satisfaction
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system
- Work closely with the sales and inventory teams to ensure accurate product information
- Gather and relay customer feedback to help improve our offerings
- Stay informed about the latest trends in fitness and sports equipment
Requirements
- Fluency in both French and English, with strong communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills and a customer-first mindset
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly within the fitness or sports industry, is preferred
- Able to manage multiple inquiries in a dynamic environment
- Detail-oriented with effective problem-solving abilities
- Genuine interest in fitness and helping customers achieve their health goals
- Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is an advantage
