Mercier Consultancy is looking for a dedicated French Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Automotive Department. In this vital role, you will provide exceptional support to our French-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries related to our automotive services and ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of service.
Your fluency in French will be crucial as you navigate customer interactions, addressing questions and concerns about our automotive products and services. You will play a key role in fostering customer satisfaction and loyalty within our automotive sector.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in French regarding automotive services via phone, email, and chat
- Assist clients with service bookings, product information, and troubleshooting issues
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests in our CRM system
- Collaborate with technical and repair teams to ensure timely resolution of client concerns
- Provide guidance on automotive products and services to educate clients
- Collect customer feedback to support continuous improvement of services
- Participate in ongoing training to stay knowledgeable about automotive offerings and trends
Requirements
- Fluency in French and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
- Prior experience in customer service, especially within the automotive industry, is desirable
