Mercier Consultancy is seeking a proactive French Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Electronics Department. In this role, you will be pivotal in providing exceptional support to our French-speaking customers, assisting them with their inquiries and enhancing their experience with our electronics products and services.
Your proficiency in French will enable you to communicate effectively, resolve technical issues, and provide detailed information about our electronic offerings. You will be a key part of a dedicated team focused on ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality customer service in French through various channels including phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with inquiries about electronics products, specifications, and troubleshooting
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
- Work collaboratively with technical support teams to resolve complex issues
- Educate customers on product features, usage, and benefits
- Collect feedback from customers to drive improvements in our service and offerings
- Stay informed about current trends and developments in the electronics industry
Requirements
- Fluency in French and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on technical support
- Prior experience in customer service, particularly in electronics or technology, is preferred
- Able to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Enthusiasm for electronics and helping customers maximize their use of products
