Mercier Consultancy is on the lookout for an enthusiastic French Speaking Customer Loyalty Advisor to become a vital part of our team! In this role, you will play a key part in building and nurturing strong relationships with our French-speaking customers, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated.
Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers in their journey with us, addressing their needs and queries in a prompt and professional manner. Your fluency in French will be essential in delivering exceptional customer service that drives loyalty and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with French-speaking customers through various communication channels, providing outstanding support and assistance.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Proactively follow up with customers to gauge satisfaction and identify further opportunities to assist.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to drive improvements in service delivery.
- Collaborate closely with different teams to develop and implement customer loyalty initiatives.
- Inform customers about new products, services, and loyalty programs that may benefit them.
- Participate in training sessions to continuously improve product knowledge and customer service skills.
Requirements
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Prior experience in customer service or loyalty programs is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
