Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding support to French-speaking customers, focusing on building and maintaining strong customer relationships.

- Engage proactively with customers to provide updates, resolve issues, and solicit feedback to improve service quality.
- Promote loyalty initiatives and effectively communicate the benefits to encourage ongoing customer engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and timely resolution of issues.
- Analyze customer feedback and loyalty metrics to recommend enhancements in service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and insights within the CRM system for future reference.
Requirements
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service or customer loyalty roles, ideally in retail or service-focused environments.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Analytical capabilities with a proactive approach to problem-solving and customer engagement.
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting and adapt to diverse customer needs.
- Flexibility to work hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
