Your main goal will be to enhance customer satisfaction by effectively managing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience with our products and services. As a key member of our team, you will play an important role in building long-lasting relationships with our diverse clientele.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for French-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers by answering inquiries, providing product knowledge, and troubleshooting issues.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and ensure swift resolutions.
- Collect feedback from customers to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Educate clients on product features, benefits, and best practices.
- Participate in ongoing training to maintain knowledge of product offerings and customer service techniques.
Requirements
- Fluency in French and English, both written and verbal.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Previous experience in customer support or related roles is a plus.
