Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support to French-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.

- Ensure customer satisfaction by effectively resolving issues and providing solutions.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records within the CRM system.

- Work closely with team members to enhance customer service practices and outcomes.
- Participate in training sessions to develop product knowledge and improve customer service skills.
Requirements
- Fluency in French and English, both written and verbal.
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to resolve customer issues effectively and maintain satisfaction.
- Proficient with customer service software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
