In this critical entry-level role, you will support our French-speaking clients in maximizing the use of our business software and CRM solutions to enhance their operational efficiency and customer engagement.
Your responsibilities will include offering tailored consultations, conducting training sessions, and promptly addressing any inquiries or technical challenges clients may encounter. By providing exceptional service, you will help foster strong relationships and ensure the success of our clients.
Responsibilities
- Assist French-speaking clients with inquiries and issues related to business software and CRM solutions
- Guide clients in selecting and implementing the best software solutions for their needs
- Conduct training sessions and product demonstrations to optimize software usage
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, ensuring timely resolutions
- Document client interactions and maintain accurate records of support activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to communicate client feedback and recommend improvements
- Stay knowledgeable about industry trends and advancements in business software and CRM technology
Requirements
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken
- Excellent communication skills, with a strong focus on customer service
- Experience or knowledge of business software and CRM solutions is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to effectively address client inquiries
- Capability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced working environment
- A collaborative team player with a proactive approach to client engagement
- Previous experience in consulting or customer support is an asset but not required
