Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with inquiries related to automotive products, services, and technical support.

  • Gather customer feedback and insights to improve service quality and product offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to efficiently resolve customer issues and enhance satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about automotive industry trends and new product releases to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Maintain thorough records of customer interactions in the CRM system for effective tracking and reporting.

Requirements

  • Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the automotive industry.
  • Strong interest in automotive products and familiarity with industry terminology.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a passion for customer service.
  • Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a capacity to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
