Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer support to French-speaking customers through live chat, email, and phone communications.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to automotive products, services, and technical support.
- Educate customers on product features and benefits to enhance their overall experience.
- Gather customer feedback and insights to improve service quality and product offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to efficiently resolve customer issues and enhance satisfaction.
- Stay informed about automotive industry trends and new product releases to provide accurate information to customers.
- Maintain thorough records of customer interactions in the CRM system for effective tracking and reporting.
Requirements
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the automotive industry.
- Strong interest in automotive products and familiarity with industry terminology.
- Exceptional communication skills and a passion for customer service.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a capacity to work in a dynamic environment.
