We are looking for e Commercial Manager who will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key customer relationships, overseeing pricing strategies, and ensuring the execution of commercial plans to maximize market share and profitability in the FMCG sector.

Requirements

  • Develop and implement commercial strategies aligned with company goals to drive business growth. 
  • Manage relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retailers to ensure strong partnerships and business development. 
  • Lead and support the sales team in achieving volume, revenue, and profitability targets. 
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify new business opportunities. 
  • Oversee pricing, promotions, and product positioning to ensure competitiveness in the market. 
  • Coordinate with marketing and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and effective promotional campaigns. 
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for senior management. 
  • Monitor and manage trade spend and ensure ROI on promotional investments. 
  • Lead contract negotiations with major clients and ensure compliance with agreed terms. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product launches and market expansion initiatives are successful. 
  • Develop and coach a high-performing commercial team through training, mentoring, and performance management 

Requirements 

  • 8 years of experience in FMCG, with at least 3 years in a commercial management or senior sales role. 
  • Strong understanding of FMCG market dynamics, retail channels, and consumer behavior. 
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth. 
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills. 
  • Analytical thinking with the ability to interpret data and market trends. 
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office Suite, and sales reporting tools. 
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Proven track record in leading commercial strategy and achieving sales targets
