Responsibilities:
- Supervise the front-of-house operations and manage staff to deliver high-quality service to guests.
- Ensure that all restaurant policies and procedures are adhered to by the team, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
- Oversee the quality of food and beverages served, ensuring consistent presentation and adherence to standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Assist in scheduling staff, managing labor costs, and maintaining inventory for the restaurant.
- Conduct regular training and development sessions for staff to enhance service quality and product knowledge.
- Monitor cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations in the restaurant.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Floor Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry, preferably in lifestyle or upscale restaurants.
- Outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Strong communication abilities, with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficient in managing restaurant operations, including labor management and inventory control.
