The Role: Flexible Remote Chat Support Professional

The Flexible Remote Chat Support Professional position is a key remote role designed for detail-oriented, communicative individuals who are ready to contribute from day one. Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not required.
  • Strong written English communication skills — clear, professional, and empathetic.
  • Access to a reliable computer (PC or Mac) and a stable, high-speed internet connection.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to maintain focus and productivity in a home environment.
  • Available to commit to a minimum of 15–20 hours per week during scheduled shifts.
  • Ability to type a minimum of 45 WPM accurately under moderate time pressure.
