Mercier Consultancy is looking for a dedicated Finnish Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Online Streaming Department. In this important role, you will provide outstanding support to our Finnish-speaking customers, helping them navigate our streaming services and ensuring an enjoyable viewing experience.
Your fluency in Finnish will be essential as you assist clients with inquiries about account management, content availability, and technical issues. You will be a key contributor to our commitment to delivering exceptional customer service in the rapidly evolving landscape of online streaming.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer service in Finnish through phone, email, and chat regarding our online streaming platform
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding subscriptions, content suggestions, and troubleshooting
- Resolve customer issues effectively, ensuring a positive user experience
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system
- Collaborate with technical support teams to address complex customer issues
- Gather user feedback to help improve our streaming services
- Stay updated on current trends in online streaming and the latest content offerings
Requirements
- Fluency in both Finnish and English, with excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
- Prior experience in customer service, particularly in the entertainment or streaming industry, is preferred
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Genuine enthusiasm for streaming services and commitment to enhancing customer experiences
- Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous
