Responsibilities
- Provide superior support to Finnish-speaking customers, focusing on fostering strong and lasting customer relationships.
- Address customer inquiries concerning accounts, products, and loyalty programs with professionalism and care.
- Proactively engage with customers to offer updates, resolve issues, and gather invaluable feedback for service improvement.
- Promote loyalty programs, clearly communicating benefits to encourage sustained engagement with the brand.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure excellent service delivery and effective resolution of customer concerns.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback and loyalty metrics to recommend enhancements in overall customer experience.
- Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and insights in the CRM system for ongoing improvement efforts.
Requirements
- Fluency in Finnish and English, both spoken and written.
- Experience in customer service or customer loyalty positions, particularly within retail or service industries.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong analytical abilities and a proactive mindset towards customer engagement and issue resolution.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and adapt to diverse customer needs.
- Flexibility to work various hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
