Responsibilities
- Offer exceptional support to Finnish-speaking corporate clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding corporate accounts, product information, and service issues effectively and efficiently.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with care and expertise.
- Educate corporate customers about the company's products and services to enhance their overall experience and satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions and manage inquiries using the CRM system for accurate tracking and reporting.
- Work collaboratively with sales and technical support teams to resolve issues and enhance service delivery.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for service improvement.
Requirements
- Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, particularly in a corporate or B2B environment.
- Strong understanding of corporate customer needs and a professional demeanor in service delivery.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in customer service software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to analyze problems and implement effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
