Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional support to Finnish-speaking customers through live chat, email, and telephone communications.
- Address customer inquiries related to automotive products, services, and technical support with professionalism and accuracy.
- Guide customers through the features and benefits of automotive products to enhance their overall experience.
- Collect customer feedback and insights to contribute to the improvement of service and product offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure swift resolution of customer issues and queries.
- Stay updated on the latest automotive trends and product developments to provide accurate information.
- Maintain thorough and organized records of customer interactions in the CRM system for effective tracking.
Requirements
- Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive field.
- Strong interest in automotive products and familiarity with industry terminology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer care and satisfaction.
- Proficiency in customer service applications and Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
