We are looking for a Financial Operations Specialist to join Salla’s Controllership Department, reporting directly to the VP of Finance. This role focuses on handling cross-department financial operations, ensuring smooth coordination between finance and other teams, and resolving manual or exceptional financial processes efficiently and accurately.
The ideal candidate has a strong accounting background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work across multiple teams to ensure operational and financial accuracy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 8 years of experience in accounting or financial operations.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivots, data validation).
- Good understanding of accounting principles and financial workflows.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills across departments.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Good command of English (written and verbal).
- Ability to work on-site full-time at the Makkah office.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Jira or other ticketing/issue-tracking systems.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle NetSuite or similar).
- Exposure to e-commerce or SaaS business operations is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
