Financial Controller & Analyst

At Sfakianakis Group, a leader in the Automotive industry, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Controller & Analyst to join our Finance Department and contribute to accurate financial reporting and effective decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret financial and accounting data to support reporting and decision-making
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports, performance metrics (KPIs), and trend analyses
• Support the creation of presentations with financial insights for internal use
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual P&L statements
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure data accuracy and effective information flow
• Analyze actual results in comparison with forecasts and prior years
• Support and perform budgeting and forecast processes
• Prepare ad-hoc financial reports to support senior management decision-making

Required Qualifications

• University degree in Finance. MSc degree will be an asset
• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis and reporting roles, preferably within a multinational organization
• Excellent use of MS Office
• Knowledge of accounting principles and procedures, (IFRS knowledge considered a plus)
