Facilities Manager (Village Roadshow)

About the Role

Village Roadshow (member of Antenna Group) is a leading entertainment brand, best known for its cinemas, delivering an unparalleled movie-going experience to over 3 million viewers annually.

As we continue to expand our reach and enhance our services, we are looking for a detail-oriented Facilities Manager to join our dynamic Operations Department.

Job Description 

• Supervision of preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities and equipment.
• Coordination of external contractors and technicians.
• Monitoring and ensuring quality of cleaning services.
• Tracking maintenance costs and preparing reports.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in facility maintenance and supervision.
• Good knowledge of technical systems (M&E installations, equipment).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Computer literacy (MS Office).
