F&B Supervisor

As a F&B Supervisor at La Residencia, a Belmond Hotel in Mallorca, you are part of a team that shapes the culinary experience of our guests. In this role, As a Bar&Restaurant Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our bar and restaurant, ensuring that each guest receives service in accordance with Belmond standards and a luxury dining experience. You will lead a dedicated team, while collaborating with other departments to maintain the company's high standards of service. Primary Responsibilities Include:

• Supervise and lead the team of waiters/waitresses, ensuring that customer service standards are met and sales targets are achieved.
• Perform billing and collection from customers, as well as balancing and liquidation of the collection in their section.
• Collaborate in welcoming, dismissing, locating and advising customers on menus and drinks.

Requirements

What You Bring:

• Demonstrated experience in bar and restaurant supervisory roles, with a solid understanding of food and beverage operations
• Commercial skills and positive attitude to generate a unique customer experience.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate others
• Ability to function in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment with attention to detail
• Languages: English at a high level, other languages would be an asset.
