The Role: Experienced Usability Analyst
As a Experienced Usability Analyst, you will join a distributed team of professionals who handle app testing tasks for our growing client base. - Follow structured test scenarios and document results clearly in the provided reporting tool.
- Rate app features on usability, design clarity, and overall satisfaction.
- Identify bugs, glitches, UI inconsistencies, and unexpected behaviors and report them with screenshots.
- Attempt to replicate reported bugs from other testers to confirm reproducibility.
- Complete onboarding training modules before beginning your first paid test session.
Requirements
- Comfortable with basic tech tasks: installing apps, taking screenshots, filling out forms.
- Reliable internet connection for downloading apps and submitting reports.
- Clear written communication skills to document bug reports and feedback accurately.
- Ownership of a modern smartphone (iOS or Android) capable of installing apps from app stores.
- Ability to follow test instructions precisely and complete tasks within provided deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail — ability to notice subtle UI issues, slow load times, or broken flows.
