We are seeking a highly skilled, organized, and proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO of a leading banking institution. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Arabic, possess exceptional organizational skills, and have a strong command of office applications, particularly in creating professional PowerPoint presentations. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and ensure seamless communication and coordination within the executive office.

Requirements

1. Executive Support:  

·       Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.  

·       Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.  

·       Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the CEO.  

 

2. Communication and Liaison:  

·       Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.  

·       Facilitate communication between the CEO and senior management, board members, and external partners.  

·       Draft and proofread emails, reports, and other documents in both English and Arabic.  

 

3. Meeting and Presentation Management:  

·       Organize and prepare materials for executive meetings, including agendas, presentations, and minutes.  

·       Design and create high-quality PowerPoint presentations for internal and external use.  

·       Ensure all presentation materials are visually appealing, accurate, and aligned with the bank’s branding guidelines.  

 

4. Office Management:  

·       Maintain an organized filing system for executive documents and records.  

·       Coordinate office operations and ensure the executive office runs efficiently.  

·       Manage and prioritize incoming requests and inquiries to the CEO’s office.  

 

5. Project Coordination:  

·       Assist in the planning and execution of special projects and initiatives as directed by the CEO.  

·       Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met. 

·       Collaborate with other departments to gather information and prepare reports.  

 

6. Event Coordination: 

   - Plan and coordinate executive events, conferences, and board meetings.  

   - Handle logistics, including venue booking, catering, and guest management.  

 

Qualifications and Skills:  

1. Education:   Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Communications, or a related field.  

 

2. Experience:   

·       Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.  

·       Proven experience in managing executive-level calendars, travel, and communications.  

 

3. Technical Skills:  

·       Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). 

·       Strong expertise in creating professional PowerPoint presentations and visual materials. 

·       Familiarity with office management tools and software.  

 

4. Language Skills:   Fluency in both English and Arabic (written and spoken) is mandatory.  

 

5. Soft Skills:  

·       Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.  

·       Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.  

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  

·       High level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality.
