The Role: Entry-Level Virtual Office Coordinator

The Entry-Level Virtual Office Coordinator position is a key remote role designed for detail-oriented, communicative individuals who are ready to contribute from day one. In this capacity, you will be a direct representative of our clients, handling virtual assistant responsibilities from the comfort of your own home. You will receive all necessary training and software access upon hire—no prior experience in this specific field is required. Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Complete assigned daily data entry quotas consistently and on time.
  • Flag discrepancies or missing information to the team lead for resolution.

  • Use provided software tools (Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, proprietary platforms) as required.
  • Verify and cross-reference entered data against source documents to ensure 100% accuracy.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple task batches simultaneously.
  • Reliable computer (PC or Mac) and a stable internet connection.
  • Basic proficiency with spreadsheet tools (Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel).
  • Ability to type at a minimum of 40 WPM accurately.
  • Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Comfortable working independently for extended periods without direct supervision.
