Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Follow approved scripts and response templates while adapting tone to individual customers.
- Keep personal product and service knowledge up to date through regular training sessions.

- Log all customer interactions accurately in the client's CRM system.
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries via live chat software in a professional and timely manner.
- Meet or exceed daily resolution and response-time targets set by the client.
- Complete end-of-shift reports documenting key metrics and unresolved issues.
- Collaborate with teammates asynchronously using Slack or similar platforms.
Requirements
- Available to commit to a minimum of 15–20 hours per week during scheduled shifts.
- Ability to type a minimum of 45 WPM accurately under moderate time pressure.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not required.
- Access to a reliable computer (PC or Mac) and a stable, high-speed internet connection.
- Self-motivated with the ability to maintain focus and productivity in a home environment.
- Comfortable navigating multiple browser tabs and software applications simultaneously.
