The Entry-Level Remote Chat Support Professional (5) position is a key remote role designed for detail-oriented, communicative individuals who are ready to contribute from day one. You will receive all necessary training and software access upon hire—no prior experience in this specific field is required. Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Resolve customer issues efficiently by following established guidelines and escalation protocols.

Requirements

  • No prior experience required — comprehensive paid training provided upon hire.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to type a minimum of 45 WPM accurately under moderate time pressure.
  • Access to a reliable computer (PC or Mac) and a stable, high-speed internet connection.
  • Available to commit to a minimum of 15–20 hours per week during scheduled shifts.
  • Comfortable navigating multiple browser tabs and software applications simultaneously.
