Position Overview

As a Product Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of our Enterprise product line strategy. You will own the vision, roadmap, and execution of our digital self service experience for enterprise customers and partners, including the Enterprise Customer Portal and APIs. You will collaborate closely with engineering, architecture, sales, and customer success teams to deliver secure, reliable, and easy to use products.

This role requires a technical background (ideally in telecom or adjacent infrastructure), experience working with APIs and SaaS products, and a customer centric mindset. Success in this role will depend on your ability to translate customer and developer needs into clear requirements, prioritize a roadmap, and drive delivery end to end in an agile environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own the product vision and roadmap for the Enterprise products, ensuring alignment with company strategy and enterprise segment goals.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and customers to understand their needs, use cases, and pain points around onboarding, billing, reporting, SIM/eSIM management, and network services.
  • Define and maintain product backlogs: write epics and user stories, prioritize features, and manage trade offs between scope, time, and quality.
  • Formalize requirements and prepare specifications in collaboration with engineering and architecture.
  • Lead cross functional teams (including engineering, UI, and operations) in the design, development, and launch of new features, ensure that these products meet security, privacy, and regulatory requirements relevant for telecom and enterprise customers.
  • Define and monitor key product KPIs and use these insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Partner with marketing, sales, and customer success to support go to market, including release communication, documentation, guides, and enablement for internal teams and partners.
  • Lead the release of products/features and manage their lifecycle, including deprecation, migration plans, and communication to customers and integrators.

Requirements

Must Have

  • 3+ years of experience in software product management of enterprise products
  • Fluent English proficiency, with excellent communication skills for both business and technical audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, analyze complex problems, and make data driven decisions under tight deadlines
  • Hands on experience working with agile delivery teams (Scrum/Kanban), including backlog management
  • Self motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision, including with distributed and remote teams


Nice to Have

  • Proven experience working with APIs
  • Telecom or networking background (MNO, MVNO, CPaaS, connectivity, or related infrastructure) is strongly preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field
  • Experience with SaaS products and multi tenant architectures serving enterprise customers
  • MBA or equivalent business education is a plus but not required
  • Portuguese will be greatly regarded
