- BE/Diploma in computer science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communications with relevant experience;
- Working experience on FTTH network;
- Strong Knowledge on GPON and its connectivity;
- 3 to 5 years of experience in working with NOC environment;
- Experienced in Access equipment (Router/Switch/MSAN/GPON) installation, testing, commission and troubleshooting;
- Good knowledge in trouble shooting of inter VLAN routing and VLAN trunking using 802.1q
- Fluent communication in English
Requirements
- 1st Line Operations of Customer Service Request Ticket System.
- In collaboration with 2nd Line Operations teams, work out procedures related to the analysis of alarms in order to detect and eliminate faults.
- Assistant to finish POC testing of new device or new function with Customer.
- Attend the meeting required by the customer and prepare the minutes of the meeting.
- Gathering the requirement about the device and delivering the patch to comply with.
- Coordinate with other departments and finish the work in time.
- Spare parts management: Respond to customer spare parts service requests, complete spare parts outbound, return, repair and other processes.
- Base Bucharest employees may have short-term travel needs to neighboring countries or regions (Warsaw, Budapest,etc)
