You are responsible for the collection and compliance of web analytics data, with the objective of generating insights through analysis or dashboard creation and optimizing e-commerce site content.
YOUR MISSIONS
• Ensure the implementation, development, quality, and compliance of first-party data collection (through GTM tags configuration, partner pixels, server-side integration) related to e-commerce performance to support measurement and activation strategies.
• Maintain and develop Power BI dashboards to assist teams in monitoring and improving their performance.
• Support Business Teams in understanding Analytics challenges and adopting performance measurement tools (Google Analytics 4, Clarity, Power BI etc.).
• Continuously generate insights by conducting and/or performing quantitative and qualitative analyses to monitor websites’ performance and thus help build the e-commerce optimization roadmap.
• Manage and drive consent lifecycle processes, including capturing and tracking user choices, recording evidence of consent and withdrawal, and ensuring this information is integrated into CRM systems.
• Define and enforce data governance standards; maintain GDPR processing registers; audit data flows for GDPR/CCPA compliance; contribute to data risk mapping.
Requirements
• With a master’s degree (Bac+5) from an engineering or business school, you have 3 to 4 years of experience in Tracking / Measurement / Web Analytics project management.
• Fluent in English and excellent communication, oral and written.
• Project management experience working with both digital business teams and technical teams.
• Experience with Analytics Tools (such as Google Analytics), Tag Management Systems (GTM) & CMP (Consent Management Platforms).
• Knowledge of JavaScript (understanding and ability to develop simple logic) and web technologies in general.
• Strong analytical mindset.
• Strong ability to propose solutions perfectly aligned with business needs.
