In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, assisting them with their travel inquiries, and providing support throughout the booking process. Your ability to converse fluently in Dutch will be essential in understanding our clients' needs and ensuring that their travel experiences are seamless and enjoyable.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming inquiries from Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat
- Provide detailed information about travel products, services, and destinations
- Assist clients with making bookings and resolving any issues they may encounter
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions
- Collaborate with colleagues and suppliers to deliver outstanding service
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client needs effectively
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English is required; additional languages are a plus
- Strong customer service focus and excellent communication skills
- A passion for travel and knowledge of various travel destinations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
- Experience in customer service or the travel industry is advantageous but not mandatory
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools are beneficial
