Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality technical support to Dutch-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat channels.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Educate customers on product features and best practices for optimal usage.
- Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to address and escalate complex issues.
- Follow up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction with the solutions provided.
- Stay informed on product changes and industry developments to enhance the quality of support.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in technical support or customer service is highly desirable.
- Strong technical aptitude with excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer experience.
- Experience with CRM systems and remote support tools is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
