We are currently in search of a Dutch Speaking Partner Support Consultant to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality support to Dutch-speaking partners through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Address partner inquiries and efficiently resolve any service-related issues that arise.
- Guide partners on product features and assist them in maximizing their use of our services.
- Accurately document partner interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex partner issues and develop effective solutions.
- Engage in proactive follow-ups with partners to ensure their concerns are addressed and satisfaction is reached.
- Stay updated on product offerings, industry trends, and partner feedback to enhance our support services continually.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Previous experience in partner support, customer service, or a related role is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and familiarity with IT systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to customer satisfaction and relationship building.
- Experience with CRM systems and support tools is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced work environment.
