This role is well-suited for individuals who are dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and possess strong language skills in Dutch and additional languages.
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding support to clients in Dutch and other languages through multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and resolve issues efficiently.
- Manage customer complaints with a focus on finding effective solutions and ensuring satisfaction.
- Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system for effective tracking and follow-up.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a streamlined and positive customer experience.
- Engage in ongoing training to improve product knowledge and enhance service delivery skills.
- Proactively suggest improvements to processes to bolster customer satisfaction and service quality.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and at least one additional language (English, German, French, etc.), both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first approach.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with customer support systems and Microsoft Office tools.
