Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for Dutch-speaking enterprise clients, addressing inquiries and providing dedicated support.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of clients' businesses to deliver effective and personalized solutions.
- Conduct thorough consultations and strategy sessions to aid clients in implementing decisions aligned with their business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery and alignment with client requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring ongoing trust and engagement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and company solutions to offer valuable insights to clients.

Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- Proven experience in a client-facing role, specifically with enterprise clients.
- Strong understanding of business solutions and the consulting process.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills focused on relationship-building.
- Self-driven with effective organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
