Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in Dutch via email, phone, and chat
- Assist users with platform-related questions, account management, and job search strategies
- Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our support system
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve user issues and improve the platform
- Provide information about freelancing best practices and job market trends
- Collect user feedback to enhance service quality and user experience
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on platform changes and features
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal
- Experience in customer support, preferably in online platforms or the freelancing sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- A proactive approach to customer satisfaction
- Ability to multitask and manage various inquiries in a fast-paced environment
