Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in Dutch via email, phone, and chat
- Assist clients with questions regarding our virtual assistant services and features
- Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system
- Collaboration with internal teams to resolve client issues and enhance service delivery
- Provide insights and guidance on utilizing our virtual assistants effectively
- Gather client feedback to support service improvements
- Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on service offerings
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in customer support, ideally in a service-oriented role
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
